The Mont Alpi Supreme 4 Burner Freestanding Cart Grill is a robust, stylish, and fully black stainless steel cart grill with white granite side shelves.

It features 4 heavy duty 304 stainless steel burners making even the most beginner chefs able to craft professional meals. It is also equipped with the ceramic infrared back and side burners great for when you cook a large roast or use the heavy duty rotisserie kit that is included.

The halogen lights in the cooking area are great for cooking in the evening or darker hours and it also has stylish on/off color changing LED lights on the control knobs. The Mont Alpi is the only grill to have the all new "Heat Wave" Double Layer Sear plates to enhance your cooking experience.

This helps reduce the grease flair ups, retains Heat and encourages smoke, smells and flavors that are essential from your BBQ. All stainless steel structure on the Mont Alpi Supreme 4 Burner is Marine Grade 304, so it is a very heavy duty and weather resistant grill and stands up to whatever the elements may be.

This grill is natural gas convertible in under 30 minutes and it comes with the tool required to convert it - all you will need is a natural gas hose.

    Order Processing

    After your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation from us. As soon as your order is placed, we begin processing the order and arranging shipping. In-stock orders typically ship within 1-2 days after your order is placed.

    Freight Shipping

    If your item is too big and/or too heavy to fight in a normal postal carrier vehicle, your product will be shipped via a freight carrier. We reserve the right to choose which freight carrier delivers your shipment.

    Freight shipping is more complicated than a regular postal carrier delivery, in large part due to the heavy items and a less robust route network.

    Here are some important things to know about freight shipping:

  • The freight carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery window.
  • You must be physically present to accept delivery.
  • Freight shipments are dropped off at your curb. The driver is NOT expected to deliver your items to your front door, garage, back yard, etc. It's a good idea to have other people there to help you move the shipment. Extra charges may apply if redelivery needs to be arranged because nobody was at the delivery location.
  • You must sign for the shipment upon acceptance. Please see our damaged shipments policy for information on how to handle a damaged shipment.

    Inspecting Your Delivery When your order arrives, please ensure that you inspect every item in the shipment. Count the number of boxes and items you receive and make sure this matches the delivery receipt BEFORE signing for the delivery.

    After you have counted the boxes and items in the shipment, inspect the shipment for damage BEFORE signing for the delivery. Remove wrapping, boxes, and fillers, and ensure that each item in your shipment is not damaged.

    Once you have counted the items in the shipment and inspected each item, mark your delivery receipt as applicable ("clear" if everything is ok, "missing" for missing items on the receipt, "damaged" for damaged goods or "wrap broken" if boxes or shrink wrap are damaged).
  • Cancelling Your Order

    If you wish to cancel your order, please reach out to our support team at (855) 546-9900 ASAP to let us know. If your order has not shipped yet, we can cancel the order free of charge and issue you a full refund.

    Please note that if we have paid for shipping for your order before you ask us to cancel the order, we will NOT be able to cancel the order. In this situation, you must proceed under our Return Policy procedure.

    Damaged Items

    In the unlikely event that your product is damaged upon arrival, you should mark your shipping receipt as "damaged" and refuse delivery of the damaged items. Sign for and keep the items that are in good condition.

    Reach out to our customer support team (team@elitepatiodirect.com) right away to notify us about your damaged shipment. Let us know which item(s) were damaged and we will work quickly to get replacement(s) shipped out to you or a refund issued.

    It is your responsibility to inspect products that are delivered to you to determine if there are any damaged products. If you have signed your delivery receipt but discover damage to your item(s) later, you will need to contact the Freight Carrier to create a claim for damages.

    **IMPORTANT** we can only ship replacement product(s) when the product(s) were refused at the time of delivery. We cannot replace parts or products if you accepted delivery. Please note that most of our products are covered by a manufacturer's warranty, so claims for defective products for which you accepted delivery must be made directly with the manufacturer.

    Returns

    Elite Patio Direct wants to ensure an outstanding shopping experience for all of our customers. If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, your product might be eligible for a return.

    Please note we can ONLY process returns for unused, unopened products that are still in the original manufacturer packaging with all manuals, accessories, packing slips, and packing materials. Items must be unused, unassembled, and must be returned in the original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

    Items that are NOT eligible for returns include the following:

  • Used items, opened items, or items that have been removed from original packaging.
  • Items that have been assembled or installed.
  • Clearance, custom made, or made-to-order products. Items that are not returned within 30 days of receipt of delivery.
  • Items that are noted "not returnable" in the item description.
  • Items that you ship to us without receiving an a Return Approval.

    If your item(s) are unused, unassembled, and still in original packaging and are not otherwise ineligible for a return, you can request a return by sending an email to team@elitepatiodirect.com with the following information:

  • Your name
  • Your order number
  • The reason for your return
  • A photo of the unused, unopened item(s). This can be a simple cell phone photo - we just need this photo for reference in case the item(s) are damaged when they are shipped to us

    You will receive a return email from us either approving the return or requesting more information. Please note the following terms and procedure for approved returns:

  • You are responsible for shipping costs associated with the return. This includes the shipping costs incurred by Elite Patio Direct to ship the items to you. Original shipping charges paid by you are also ineligible for a refund.
  • Once your return is approved, we will send Return Approval with shipping labels and instructions on how to ship your return.
  • After your return is received and inspected, we will issue your refund, less shipping costs and charges associated with the return.
  • After inspection of the return shipment, we will issue a refund.
  • After you place your order, we will double check with the manufacturer to make sure the item you ordered is in stock or that the lead time you were quoted is accurate.

    If your item(s) are in stock, we will charge your card and proceed with arranging shipping. Your item(s) will leave the warehouse within 24-28 hours.

    If you place an order for an item that is backordered (i.e. not available for immediate shipment), we will NOT charge your payment method immediately after you complete the checkout process. We will reach out to you to make sure you want to proceed with the order. Once you confirm that you want to proceed, we will charge your card.

    If you purchased a backordered product and did not intend to do so, you can also review comparable products in our store, that are in stock, to purchase in place of your current order.
