Chrome Digital Thermometer: Available as an upgrade on Echelon Diamond, Black Diamond, and Aurora grills, the chrome digital thermometer is a state-of-the-art display that includes a meat probe. On the digital thermometer you can monitor and control probe temperature, ambient temperature, halogen lighting, and separate heat zones.
