What is the Sear Zone™?
A dedicated infrared burner that reaches very high temperatures for steakhouse-style searing, alongside Alfresco's AccuFire main burners for everyday grilling. "SZ" models add the Sear Zone burner.
Is a rotisserie included?
Yes — every Alfresco ALXE grill includes an integrated rotisserie with its motor and spit.
What's the difference between built-in and freestanding?
A built-in grill drops into an island cutout (see cutout dimensions above). A freestanding model (the "C" SKUs) is the same grill head on a cart. Match the cutout for built-in, or choose the cart model.
Is it set up for propane or natural gas?
