I purchased the Mont Alpi 400 Deluxe grill from Elite Patio and have now had the grill for about two months. I am very pleased with both the grill and Elite Patio. I have recommended both to friends. Elite Patio delivered as promised, their customer service was friendly and helpful, and I am thoroughly enjoying my new grill . It looks and feels like a custom built in grill, but at a fraction of the cost. My only feedback is that it is hard to keep a low temp setting with the hood closed. The pizza oven has been fun and was a nice addition.

We LOVE our outdoor kitchen and Elite Patio Direct went above and beyond to make everything right. My only issue is with the Mont Alpi instructions on putting the kitchen together. For the investment, Mont Alpi should provide more detailed directions, or better yet-Video step-by-step instructions. I recently purchased updated electrical light/dimmer switches and they came with a link with video directions. Mont Alpi needs this. But once our outdoor kitchen was put together, it looks fantastic and operates flawlessly!

overall very nice grill, super smooth **** & cooks great. only complaint is warming rack is really big and makes it kind of hard to reach the back portion of main cooking grate

The BBQ03SS Santa Maria grill also called Argentine grill is simply a masterpiece. Made entirely of 304 stainless steel to guarantee its performance.
Slow cook some short ribs for 4 hours, some argentine sausage or chorizo or smoke a fish on the main grate while cooking some potatoes on the secondary grate. Bottom and walls are covered with firebricks which extends the product durability but also helps spread the heat evenly.
FEATURES
- Height-adjustable grates: This feature gives you the possibility to adjust the height of the grates to control the cooking temperature. Use the wheel to move the main grates up or down depending on what you need (closer to the coals = more heat to sear | away from coal = less heat for slow cooking). It is a feature that you will find in many South American barbecues because it allows you to really master the grill.
- The firebox or brasero allows you to light up the wood or charcoal quicker and with less effort. It maintains the fire lit and away from the food. You can use firewood or charcoal or a combination of the two based on your preference. We recommend using lump charcoal and firewood. Once coals are ready, they will simple fall under. An easy and practical way to light up the fire and grill like a gaucho.
- Firebricks: to help transmit less heat to the outside panels but also spreads the heat evenly throughout the grill. This feature is well known in the Argentine grill. It is also a must-have because it extends the life of the charcoal grill.

How long will it take to receive my order?
All orders are processed within 1 business day. If an item is in stock it usually ships within 1-3 days from the date of your order. From there, it usually takes 3-7 business days of transit time for a shipment to deliver. Delivery times can vary depending on the delivery address.
What is Elite Patio Direct's return policy?
Returns are accepted for 30 days after delivery. We do not charge restocking fees, however the cost of all outbound and return shipping will be deducted from the refund. See our complete return policy here.

Shipping Information
All orders over $199 qualify for free curbside shipping to the contiguous United States. Contact us for a quote to ship to Alaska or Hawaii.
We ship smaller items via parcel (USPS, UPS, or FedEx). Larger and heavier items are shipped via LTL freight.
Shipping Transit Times:
Most items take 3-5 business days to deliver after they have left the warehouse. With that said, we do not have control over your shipment after it leaves the warehouse and shipping transit times are not guaranteed.
We strongly advise you not to schedule contractors until your order is fully delivered and all items inspected.
Freight Shipping:
If your item is too big and/or too heavy to fight in a normal postal carrier vehicle, your product will be shipped via a freight carrier. Learn more about how LTL freight deliveries work here.
Returns & Refunds
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused products that are still in original manufacturer packaging. We will refund your order less the cost of outbound and return shipping.
Inspecting Your Delivery & Damaged Items
It is your responsibility to inspect products that are delivered to you to determine if your items have were damaged during transit.
You MUST notify us via email of damage or defects within 5 business days of accepting delivery. There are NO EXCEPTIONS.
If damage is reported after 5 business days, we will not offer any refunds, free replacement parts, discounts, or exchanges under any circumstances.
After 5 business days, we are outside of our time window to file claims with the freight carrier or manufacturer. At that time, we can only sell you replacement parts for repair.
Cancelling an Order
You may cancel your order free of charge if we have not paid for shipping at the time we receive your email message. If we have already paid for shipping when we receive your request, we cannot cancel your order and you must proceed under the return policy.
