What's the difference between the ceramic and Trident burners?

Lynx ceramic infrared burners deliver even, consistent heat with no flare-ups. The Trident™ infrared burner reaches higher searing temperatures for steakhouse-style results. Models are offered with all-ceramic (R-3), a ceramic + Trident mix (TR), or all-Trident (ATR) burners.

Is a rotisserie included?

Yes — every Lynx Professional grill includes a rear infrared rotisserie burner and full spit assembly as standard.

What's the difference between built-in and freestanding?

A built-in grill drops into an island cutout (see the cutout dimensions above). A freestanding model is the same grill head mounted on a mobile cart, so you can place it anywhere. Match the cutout dimensions for a built-in, or choose the cart model for freestanding use.

Is it set up for propane or natural gas?

Each grill is built configured for either liquid propane (LP) or natural gas (NG) — confirm the fuel type before ordering. Contact our team at (855) 550-3246 about converting between fuels.

What accessories do I need?
