The Premier Series Grills feature stainless steel tube burners, sure strike ignition with backup manual flash tubes, cross-over tubes between burners, full width slide-out drip tray, stainless steel warming rack, briquette flavor grids, solid stainless steel cooking grids, and over-sized easy-turn control knobs.
An infrared searing burner upgrade is also available! All of these features are packed into a grill with a powerful cooking system and an immense cooking surface. The fuel type is field convertible for future changes.
The lighting system package includes blue LED lights on the control panel and dual interior halogen lights.

How long will it take to receive my order?
All orders are processed within 1 business day. If an item is in stock it usually ships within 1-3 days from the date of your order. From there, it usually takes 3-7 business days of transit time for a shipment to deliver. Delivery times can vary depending on the delivery address.
What is Elite Patio Direct's return policy?
Returns are accepted for 30 days after delivery. We do not charge restocking fees, however the cost of all outbound and return shipping will be deducted from the refund. See our complete return policy here.

Shipping Information
All orders over $199 qualify for free curbside shipping to the contiguous United States. Contact us for a quote to ship to Alaska or Hawaii.
We ship smaller items via parcel (USPS, UPS, or FedEx). Larger and heavier items are shipped via LTL freight.
Shipping Transit Times:
Most items take 3-5 business days to deliver after they have left the warehouse. With that said, we do not have control over your shipment after it leaves the warehouse and shipping transit times are not guaranteed.
We strongly advise you not to schedule contractors until your order is fully delivered and all items inspected.
Freight Shipping:
If your item is too big and/or too heavy to fight in a normal postal carrier vehicle, your product will be shipped via a freight carrier. Learn more about how LTL freight deliveries work here.
Returns & Refunds
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused products that are still in original manufacturer packaging. We will refund your order less the cost of outbound and return shipping.
Inspecting Your Delivery & Damaged Items
It is your responsibility to inspect products that are delivered to you to determine if your items have were damaged during transit.
You MUST notify us via email of damage or defects within 5 business days of accepting delivery. There are NO EXCEPTIONS.
If damage is reported after 5 business days, we will not offer any refunds, free replacement parts, discounts, or exchanges under any circumstances.
After 5 business days, we are outside of our time window to file claims with the freight carrier or manufacturer. At that time, we can only sell you replacement parts for repair.
Cancelling an Order
You may cancel your order free of charge if we have not paid for shipping at the time we receive your email message. If we have already paid for shipping when we receive your request, we cannot cancel your order and you must proceed under the return policy.
