The Sterling Patio FR is outfitted with the 100% infrared technology that we perfected in the Patio FR. Enjoy an incredible temperature range – from an ultra-low 200°F great for smoking and BBQing to a sizzling 900°F that leaves perfect sear marks on your steak.

This beautiful grill features a handcrafted, contoured, double-walled hood and a sleek and sophisticated design that will make it the centerpiece of your outdoor kitchen. The Sterling Patio is made for entertaining.

No hot or cold spots

Burners distribute heat evenly across the cooking grates.  Every square inch of cooking surface is available for grilling, and temperatures can be easily controlled by the simple turn of a knob.

Slow cooks, smokes, and sears

Get the highest and lowest grilling temperatures of any infrared grill.  Create mouthwatering grill marks with a quick sear, or utilize our incredible 200ºF turndown to cook low and slow.

Traditional stovetop use

Forget about pricey and unreliable side burners.  On a TEC grill, you can place cookware directly on top of the cooking grate.

Yes. TEC's 100% infrared burners sear at high heat and dial down to an ultra-low 200° — so you can roast and smoke low-and-slow on the same grill.

Can I convert between propane and natural gas?

How do I clean it?

After cooking, run a burn-off: light all burners on high and close the hood for about 10 minutes, then let it cool completely and scrape away the ash. Keep the drip tray clean and the radiant glass panels in place.

What is it made of — will it rust?

TEC grills are built from 304 stainless steel. 304 resists corrosion but isn't fully corrosion-proof — regular cleaning and care keep it performing for many years.
