The Mont Alpi 400 Deluxe features four (4) high-performance 304 stainless steel burners that deliver consistent, even heat for exceptional grilling results. A ceramic infrared rear burner adds rotisserie capability, while the powerful side burner allows for high-heat searing, sautéing, or simmering. Integrated halogen lights keep the cooking area illuminated, ensuring easy and enjoyable grilling day or night.

The built-in beverage center includes a sink, faucet, and prep area — ideal for mixing drinks, rinsing utensils, or serving guests with ease. The triple-tap kegerator adds a full bar experience to your outdoor space, featuring smooth-pour taps, digital temperature control, and capacity for up to three slim kegs. The extra storage cabinet provides generous space for utensils, cookware, and grilling accessories, keeping your outdoor kitchen organized and functional.

Every Mont Alpi BBQ island ships propane ready but can be easily converted for natural gas use with the Mont Alpi natural gas conversion kit (sold separately). Shipping Information

All orders over $199 qualify for free curbside shipping to the contiguous United States. Contact us for a quote to ship to Alaska or Hawaii.

We ship smaller items via parcel (USPS, UPS, or FedEx). Larger and heavier items are shipped via LTL freight.

Inspecting Your Delivery & Damaged Items

It is your responsibility to inspect products that are delivered to you to determine if your items have were damaged during transit.

You MUST notify us via email of damage or defects within 5 business days of accepting delivery.  There are NO EXCEPTIONS.

If damage is reported after 5 business days, we will not offer any refunds, free replacement parts, discounts, or exchanges under any circumstances.

After 5 business days, we are outside of our time window to file claims with the freight carrier or manufacturer. At that time, we can only sell you replacement parts for repair.

Shipping Transit Times:

Most items take 3-5 business days to deliver after they have left the warehouse. With that said, we do not have control over your shipment after it leaves the warehouse and shipping transit times are not guaranteed.

We strongly advise you not to schedule contractors until your order is fully delivered and all items inspected.

Freight Shipping:

If your item is too big and/or too heavy to fight in a normal postal carrier vehicle, your product will be shipped via a freight carrier. Learn more about how LTL freight deliveries work here.

You must make yourself available to accept delivery of your items. Elite Patio Direct is not responsible for any fees arising from a customer's inability or refusal to accept a shipment.

Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused products that are still in original manufacturer packaging. We will refund your order less the cost of outbound and return shipping, credit card processing fees, and a 25% restocking fee. 

Cancelling an Order

You may cancel your order free of charge if we have not paid for shipping at the time we receive your email message. If we have already paid for shipping when we receive your request, we cannot cancel your order and you must proceed under the return policy.
