The Mont Alpi 400 Deluxe features four (4) high-performance 304 stainless steel burners that deliver even, precise heat across the cooking surface. A ceramic infrared rear burner provides rotisserie capability, while the powerful side burner offers versatility for searing, sautéing, or boiling. Built-in halogen lights illuminate the grill area, ensuring excellent visibility for nighttime grilling.

The integrated beverage center includes a sink, faucet, and prep space — perfect for mixing drinks, rinsing utensils, or serving guests with ease. The triple-tap kegerator is a party essential, complete with digital temperature control, smooth-pour taps, and capacity for up to three slim kegs. The extra storage cabinet provides generous space for tools, cookware, and grilling accessories, keeping your outdoor kitchen organized and efficient.

The Kamado Grill Module features a dedicated space designed to fit most 18" to 21" diameter Kamado-style grills, allowing you to integrate your favorite Kamado for authentic charcoal grilling and smoking versatility. Please note: the Kamado grill itself is not included.

Every Mont Alpi BBQ island ships propane ready but can be easily converted for natural gas use with the Mont Alpi natural gas conversion kit (sold separately). Shipping Information

All orders over $199 qualify for free curbside shipping to the contiguous United States. Contact us for a quote to ship to Alaska or Hawaii.

We ship smaller items via parcel (USPS, UPS, or FedEx). Larger and heavier items are shipped via LTL freight.

Inspecting Your Delivery & Damaged Items

It is your responsibility to inspect products that are delivered to you to determine if your items have were damaged during transit.

You MUST notify us via email of damage or defects within 5 business days of accepting delivery.  There are NO EXCEPTIONS.

If damage is reported after 5 business days, we will not offer any refunds, free replacement parts, discounts, or exchanges under any circumstances.

After 5 business days, we are outside of our time window to file claims with the freight carrier or manufacturer. At that time, we can only sell you replacement parts for repair.

Shipping Transit Times:

Most items take 3-5 business days to deliver after they have left the warehouse. With that said, we do not have control over your shipment after it leaves the warehouse and shipping transit times are not guaranteed.

We strongly advise you not to schedule contractors until your order is fully delivered and all items inspected.

Freight Shipping:

If your item is too big and/or too heavy to fight in a normal postal carrier vehicle, your product will be shipped via a freight carrier. Learn more about how LTL freight deliveries work here.

You must make yourself available to accept delivery of your items. Elite Patio Direct is not responsible for any fees arising from a customer's inability or refusal to accept a shipment.

Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused products that are still in original manufacturer packaging. We will refund your order less the cost of outbound and return shipping, credit card processing fees, and a 25% restocking fee. 

Cancelling an Order

You may cancel your order free of charge if we have not paid for shipping at the time we receive your email message. If we have already paid for shipping when we receive your request, we cannot cancel your order and you must proceed under the return policy.
