The grill is amazing and so was ordering. One of the accessories was back ordered and they communicated quickly and followed through with delivery once in stock.
There is not one thing bad that you can say about this Grill Island from the time I was thinking about ordering it to the GREAT customer service I received from the customer service agent Jo Ann to the delivery driver who helped me get the unit into the garage and offered to come back and help if I couldn't find someone to help me. I'm 78 years old and most customer service is gone but not this company. The Grill is wonderful, cooks perfect and looks like a million. Do not hesitate to order a Island Grill you will not be disappionted.
We ordered a Mont Alpi grill island from Elite Patio. The pricing and intro discount made the price unbeatable by other big name bbq stores. After the order, it took a few days to get shipment info. I contacted their customer service and within an hour had a response and within 2 hours had a tracking number (the delay was on the freight company’s end). Jo Ann has been amazing. The unit weighs over 1500lbs, so inherently some bumps and bruises to the sheet metal can be expected. Once again, Jo Ann has been amazing throughout the process to work on solutions. The unit is stunning and though aren’t ready to use it yet, the quality is top notch. Other online companies take 1-2 weeks to answer my questions and concerns. I won’t shop anywhere else besides Elite Patio!!
Initial shipping was wrong grill. Contacted customer service and they jumped right on it and Jo Ann was extremely helpful. The right product arrived in an another shipment with minor issue bumps and some bruises but sent pictures and Jo Ann took care of everything. Grill works great and sear station gets crazy hot that is one of my favorite parts. I never leave reviews but this company deserves the best for all that happened and they resolved it without a hitch
Absolutely LOVE our outdoor kitchen. The grill alone is fantastic. With the added infrared, you get even cooking all the time. We had to wait several weeks to get it, but it was well worth the wait. Elite Patio kept us informed and we got a couple bonus items thrown in. Very happy with our purchase.

It’s great but they didn’t design the cover correctly. You can’t unzip from the front to use the refrigerator. They unzip from the back so it’s impossible to use

I purchased the Mont Alpi 400 Deluxe grill from Elite Patio and have now had the grill for about two months. I am very pleased with both the grill and Elite Patio. I have recommended both to friends. Elite Patio delivered as promised, their customer service was friendly and helpful, and I am thoroughly enjoying my new grill . It looks and feels like a custom built in grill, but at a fraction of the cost. My only feedback is that it is hard to keep a low temp setting with the hood closed. The pizza oven has been fun and was a nice addition.

This make my gas grill into a combo grill. It helps to be able to use the gas underneath to light the cos abs keep them going. I use small chunks of wood to smoke with indirect heat. All in all a great addition to the gas grill.
I was very happy on the way the unit was shipped. Care and time was taken. I did have few issues with the **** the units together. The screws were not long enough to reach. I had some longer ones that help a lot. I think the instructions were not very good but the wife and I got through it. I would recommend the unit it is very well built. I am presently building something to hide the back of the unit completely since mine is in the open. I would buy again

We contemplated building an outdoor kitchen on our own. However the Mont Alpi island system that we bought fit perfectly in our space. The order process was easy and their customer service team answered all my questions. It did not take long to have it delivered and everything was properly packaged for protection. Once installed in our space it exceeded our expectations. I would highly recommend Elite Patio Direct and the Mont Alpi products.
