This promotion is brought to you by Elite Patio Direct and is valid for eligible purchases made between December 5, 2025, and December 17, 2025, only. By participating in this promotion, customers agree to the following terms and conditions:

Eligibility:

  1. Purchase Date: The order must be placed between 12:00 AM CST on December 5, 2025, and 11:59 PM CST on December 17, 2025.
  2. Order Value: The order subtotal (before taxes) must be $2,500 or more.
  3. Delivery Deadline: The promotion applies only if the customer does not receive their purchased items by 11:59 PM on December 23, 2025.

Refund Conditions:

  1. Refund Amount: If the conditions above are met and the customer does not receive their order by the specified deadline, Elite Patio Direct will issue a $250 refund to the original payment method.
  2. Shipping Delays Arising from the Customer: Elite Patio Direct is not liable for shipping delays caused by the customer. Additionally, Elite Patio Direct will not honor the promotion if a shipping delay is caused by the customer.
    • Customer refusing delivery.
    • Customer failing to respond to contact attempts from shipping carriers in a timely manner.
    • Customer failing to make themselves available during shipping carrier delivery windows.
    • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer.
  3. Excluded Items: This promotion does not apply to backordered or custom-made items that require additional lead time for manufacturing or delivery.

Process to Claim Refund:

  1. Claim Submission: Customers must contact Elite Patio Direct at team@elitepatiodirect.com by 11:59 PM CST on December 31, 2025, to claim their refund.
  2. Order Verification: The customer must provide their order number and any supporting details requested by Elite Patio Direct to verify eligibility for the refund.
  3. Refund Processing: Refunds will be processed within 1 business day of claim approval.

Additional Terms:

  1. One Refund Per Order: Each eligible order is limited to one $250 refund, regardless of the number of items purchased or delayed.
  2. Non-Transferable: The promotion is valid only for the original purchaser and cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash.
  3. Cancellation/Return Policy: Canceled or returned orders are not eligible for the promotion.
  4. Promotion Changes: Elite Patio Direct reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this promotion at any time without prior notice.
