The Mont Alpi 400 Deluxe features four (4) high-performance 304 stainless steel burners that provide consistent heat distribution for precise cooking control. A ceramic infrared rear burner expands your options for rotisserie meals, while the powerful side burner lets you sear, sauté, or boil with ease. Built-in halogen lights illuminate the grill surface, keeping your cooking area bright and functional even after sunset.

Bring the party outdoors with the triple-tap kegerator — equipped with digital temperature control, smooth-pour taps, and capacity for up to three slim kegs. The extra drawer storage module provides generous space to organize grilling tools, utensils, and accessories, keeping your cooking station clean and efficient at all times.

The Kamado Grill Module offers a dedicated space designed to fit most 18" to 21" diameter Kamado-style grills, giving you the freedom to integrate your preferred Kamado for authentic charcoal grilling and smoking. Please note: the Kamado grill itself is not included.

Each Mont Alpi island is built with modular flexibility, allowing for easy assembly and customized configurations to suit your patio layout. The durable white composite granite countertops and waterfall side panels offer a premium, easy-to-clean surface that complements any outdoor setting.

All Mont Alpi BBQ islands ship propane ready but can be quickly converted for natural gas use with the Mont Alpi natural gas conversion kit (sold separately). Frequently asked questions

Do you have to assemble Mont Alpi BBQ islands?

Mont Alpi outdoor kitchens are modular and designed for minimal assembly — most of the heavy lifting is done before your island arrives. Each module arrives fully assembled. You unpack the crates, connect the modules to one another, connect your fuel, and plug the island into a standard 120V outlet. That's it.

These are still heavy, bulky items — the manufacturer strongly recommends a minimum of two people to unpack and set up the modules.

What are the electrical requirements?

The main grill module plugs into one (1) standard 120V outlet for the grill lights. An additional 120V outlet is required for each refrigerator or kegerator module in your island. A dedicated circuit for refrigeration units gives the best performance.

Are Mont Alpi grills propane or natural gas?

All Mont Alpi grills & islands ship as propane — but a natural-gas conversion kit is included with every purchase. We highly recommend a licensed professional install the conversion kit.

What's the difference between the 805 and 805 Deluxe islands?

The biggest difference is that the Deluxe version has cascading granite composite down the sides of the end modules. Deluxe islands also come with a heavy-duty rotisserie kit and an island cover. Original-series islands don't include the rotisserie kit or cover (both available at extra cost) and have stainless steel finishes on the sides instead of cascading granite composite.

Can I rearrange the modules differently than pictured?

Yes and no. Mont Alpi islands are modular by design, so you can mix and match to a large extent — but there are some limitations driven by the granite composite finishes and gas-line placement. Use the island designer to see buildable combinations.
