With a preheat capacity of up to 700°F (200°F hotter than most indoor ovens), this oven can bake with authentic stone oven precision. It boasts of a flexible capacity of 400 square inches of cooking surface and variable infrared heat, providing you with ample space and precise heat control to cook up a storm.
The Napoli Oven is designed with a reversible top chimney that vents towards the front or back, hand-polished mirrored edges, and backlit blue control knobs for a touch of elegance.
It also includes a 12¼” x 20” Pizza Peel, and its specially formulated concrete refractory interior dome and cooking surface ensures uncompromised construction and durability.

Out of the box, the Lynx Pizza Oven can be used on a countertop with a non-combustible surface.
The oven can also be used in built-in applications. The cutout depth for built-in installs is only 4 inches, so the idea is that your cooking surface will sit flush with the height of your countertop.
